What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your account automatically moves to the Free plan: no charge, and nothing is deleted. Your bids, contacts, documents, and contract records all stay in RouteReady, though some advanced views become read-only or limited until you upgrade. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to restore full Pro access.
Where does RouteReady get bid data?
We monitor public procurement sources including COMMBUYS (the Massachusetts state bid portal), BidNet Direct, and an expanding set of town, city, and school district procurement pages. All sources are publicly available; we don't access restricted systems.
How accurate are predicted bid windows in Contract Intelligence?
Contract predictions are estimates based on historical award data, typical contract durations, and renewal patterns. They are not official procurement dates. Districts can extend contracts, cancel bids, or change timelines without notice. Treat predictions as a planning signal, not a confirmed schedule. The confidence level shown on each prediction tells you how much historical evidence backs it.
Can I use RouteReady if I only have a small fleet?
Yes. RouteReady is specifically built for smaller operators who don't have dedicated procurement staff. The platform is most useful for operators competing for 1–5 district contracts at a time.
What documents should I keep ready before bidding?
Most Massachusetts school transportation bids require: current insurance certificates (auto, general liability, excess/umbrella), RMV1 vehicle registrations, a current W-9, driver CORI/SORI clearances, RMV driving records, and often your DESE 7D or school bus license. What is Contract Intelligence?
Contract Intelligence is RouteReady's award history database. It shows past contract awards for school transportation in Massachusetts: who the incumbent operator is, what the last award paid, when the contract started and ended, and when the next bid window is predicted to open. Award amounts are labeled as exact (with source), estimated, or payment proxy to be honest about data quality.
What is a Fit Score?
A Fit Score is a quick measure of how well a bid matches your profile, based on your vehicle types, service area, and fleet capacity. Higher scores mean a better match based on what you've told us about your company. It helps you prioritize which bids are worth reading in full.
How do I verify official bid details?
Every bid in RouteReady shows a direct link to the official source posting. For COMMBUYS bids, click through to the COMMBUYS record. For BidNet bids, click through to the BidNet listing. Due dates, addenda, and specification changes are posted on the official source; always verify there before submitting. RouteReady's IFB parser is a reading aid, not an authoritative source.
