RouteReady Academy: study for 7D, and learn to run a 7D business
A new Academy tab in the sidebar. The Driver path walks through the 7D certificate, from applying to renewing, in 9 short modules. The Business path covers starting and running a 7D company in 10 modules: setup, vehicles, insurance, costs and reading bids. Each lesson links to the official RMV or state page it draws on. Review with flashcards that come back on a schedule, take practice tests with explanations, and earn an RR certificate for completing the first five modules of either path. The Academy connects to the rest of RouteReady: it suggests renewal study for drivers whose 7D credentials are coming due in Fleet, and lets you price a 7D bid from your Bid Feed in the cost worksheet. Your progress is saved to your account on any device. Included in every paid plan and trial. The Academy is supplementary study and doesn't replace RMV-required training.
Track 7D credentials for every driver
Record each driver's 7D certificate, medical and eye exam, CORI/SORI check and in-service training in Fleet, and see at a glance who is cleared to drive. Get email reminders 90 days and 30 days before a credential expires and on the day it does. 7D bids now show how many of your drivers are cleared. Download a CSV or PDF compliance report of driver credentials and vehicle inspections. Included in every paid plan. RouteReady stores dates only, never CORI results or medical details.
Accessibility improvements across the app
Improved keyboard navigation and focus handling in the onboarding tour, dialogs, and skip-to-content links; added screen reader announcements for document and IFB Parser uploads; increased color contrast and touch target sizes site-wide; and fixed table and form labeling for screen readers. Tested against WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines with new automated checks. Added an Accessibility page describing what we do and how to report a barrier.
Upload a company logo to your profile
Add your company logo from the Company Profile page — upload, replace, or remove it any time.
Ask RouteReady answers are easier to read
Answers now render with real formatting instead of showing raw markdown symbols, and specific bids mentioned in an answer are clickable links straight to that bid.
Company Profile shows what's missing and why it matters
The profile page now shows your completion percentage, flags your most important missing fields (service area, phone, insurance, fleet size), and recommends the single next thing to add — plus a breakdown of how your profile affects Fit Score accuracy and AI-drafted outreach quality.
IFB Parser: download a PDF, and it remembers what you've parsed
Download your parsed summary and checklist as a PDF. Parse a document for a specific bid and it's saved there — return to that bid later and your summary is already waiting, no need to re-upload. Bids from COMMBUYS with documents on their official listing are now flagged in the feed, and the parser page shows a running count and history of what you've parsed.
A consistent new look across the whole dashboard
Redesigned every core page — Bid Feed, Contracts, Renewals, IFB Parser, Pricing Intelligence, Ask RouteReady, Document Vault, Fleet, Contacts, Alerts, Outreach, Contract Intelligence, and the bid and contract detail pages — with one consistent design. Added a workflow tracker to your dashboard showing where you stand from discovering an opportunity through submitting a bid.
Faster pages, and a real look at how RouteReady works
Public pages load faster (image and animation fixes on the homepage in particular), and the How It Works page now shows an example of the actual screen for each step instead of describing it in text alone. Added a Contact page and a form to suggest a procurement source we're not covering yet.

Starting a Pro trial no longer asks for payment details up front. Also added a calculator on the homepage and a more detailed savings comparison page: enter your own numbers for hours spent searching and reviewing bids, and see the difference next to RouteReady.
Welcome Packet after setup
After onboarding, you now get a Welcome Packet summarizing what you told RouteReady about your operation and what to check first.
Contract Intelligence: award history, incumbents, and rebid predictions
Added historical contract award data for Massachusetts school transportation: who held a contract before, what public records say about the last award, and an estimated window for when a contract is likely to come back up for bid, each labeled with a confidence level and evidence source.
Added BidNet Direct as a second monitored source
RouteReady now checks BidNet Direct's Massachusetts listings daily alongside COMMBUYS, plus an expanding list of individual town and school district procurement pages.
Contact CRM, contract tracking, fleet records, and a renewal calendar
Added per-district contact tracking, a place to record submitted/won/lost bid outcomes and contract values, a fleet and driver database, and a renewal calendar that pulls from your documents and contracts to flag what's coming up.
Company Profile and Document Vault
Added a Company Profile (fleet details, service area, certifications) that RouteReady uses to personalize outreach drafts, and a Document Vault for insurance certificates, W-9s, and licenses with expiration tracking.
Fit Score and Ask RouteReady
Each bid now gets a Fit Score based on your vehicle types, service area, and fleet capacity, plus AI classification to separate real transportation work from unrelated municipal bids. Added Ask RouteReady, a Q&A tool that answers questions using your own bids, contacts, contracts, and documents.
Pricing Intelligence
Added a way to see and contribute rate data for comparable contracts, to help benchmark pricing before you submit a bid.
Outreach toolkit
Added AI-drafted cold outreach emails to a district's transportation contact, personalized from your company profile. You review, edit, and send from your own email client.
IFB Parser
Upload an IFB PDF and get a structured checklist of insurance minimums, vehicle age limits, equipment specs, and submission deadlines, instead of reading the document line by line.
